This blog is full of different Do-It-Yourself projects we made as gifts to our dear ones for various occasions, such as: Christmas, Valentine’s Day and of course Birthdays. Because, as mentioned in our title, we believe that the DIY Craft is a handmade art that is the best gift from the heart <3 (^-^)

    As we made these DIY gifts, we had these criteria for judging to share you guys a review to which ones you want to make as presents to your loved ones. These are as follows:

These DIY gifts will be rated from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest).

Fun fact: A group of penguins is called a “WADDLE”.

So WADDLE you like it or not, this project will be another fun DIY craft! We always celebrate one of the best seasons in every year ----- CHRISTMAS!!! And it is indeed, the season to be jolly! And as the tradition goes, we always give and get Christmas presents. As for this DIY project, we will make cute penguins! And another thing is that it will be made from plastic soda bottles! So go grab some empty bottles and let’s start making a waddle of Penguins.

These little guys will give you a cute and jolly Christmas! And don’t forget that you can still make wonderful presents just from scratch, like these empty bottles turned into amazing DIY gifts for your loved ones! Besides the reindeers, Santa would also bring cute penguins in the world! Remember, it’s the thought that counts & Merry Christmas DIY lovers!

Here is another DIY for the Christmas season that anybody would surely love! Introducing, “Salt Dough Christmas Ornament”! This DIY is absolutely as easy as 1-2-3. It can be formed and shaped from plain salt dough clay into something that’s really creative. You can also turn this DIY craft into a fun activity with your loved ones for the holidays. So Ready, Set, Bake!

This DIY craft embodies the true spirit of Christmas because it may be a simple bookmark but it will have the picture of your loved ones that will remind us what Christmas is all about.

And here are the results:

          In all of the Christmas DIY gifts, Creative Christmas Ornaments got the highest score of 15/15, followed by Precious Christmas Treasures and Santa’s Cutie Penguins having the same score of 13/15.

        As the one that got the highest rate, we greatly recommend trying the Creative Christmas Ornament DIY project. It got perfect scores from the 3 criteria; CREATIVITY (5) – since these are really artistic handmade crafts, EFFORT (5) – even though it looks hard in making these are actually easy and fun to do, and lastly THOUGHT (5) – the idea behind this is especially for Christmas. Also, another thing that made Christmas ornaments stand out is that all of the materials used in making these are affordable and in fact, you can get these materials right in your kitchen.

        Moreover, even if Precious Christmas Treasures and Santa’s Cutie Penguins had lower ratings, we still suggest making those two projects for others to try. And while you’re making these, you would really have the Christmas feels! Gift giving! Doing these DIY projects are both fun to make and worth the try for the holidays.

                                         

They say that there is no such thing as forever…In Filipino, “Walang Forever”. But we all know that those are all jokes because forever exists. It may be too cheesy, but yes, there is  forever. And with that, here is a sweet DIY Valentines gift that you can do for your partner, family, friends, or any loved ones. Here it is --- “Thoughtful Picture Frames”.

Now you can give this simple, yet very sweet Valentines gift for that special someone or to your loved ones. What makes it more interesting and special is that it’s made with great effort because it is a DIY gift from the heart <3 Enjoy!

Recently, the use of mason jars became trendy. Before, mason jars were used just for stocking foods, candies, and other stuffs. But now, people use it in so many ways like for decorations, for drinking coffee or any beverage, and they also use it for DIY projects. This is a warm, cuddly, and a kind-of-sweet DIY Valentines gift. The cool thing about this is that you can bring this anywhere you go…. Just like in the movie “Titanic” and what Celine Dion keeps on singing, “My heart will go on…. And on….” *music fades away* Celebrate Valentine’s Day with these hearts from the heart.

        As for the Valentines DIY gifts, Huggable Heart Pillows got the highest score of 14/15, followed by Sweet Mason Jars with the score of 13/15 and on the 3^rd spot is the Thoughtful Picture Frames having 11/15.

        All of these Valentines DIY projects are, indeed, sweet and thoughtful that it can make anybody go “awww”. But as for the DIY that got the highest rate, we highly recommend trying the Huggable Heart Pillows. These pillows got: CREATIVITY (4) – as these are quite common Valentine’s presents, EFFORT (5) – given that it’s an easy thing to make , and to finish, the THOUGHT (5) – the concept is remarkably for the Heart’s day.

        In addition, these will make us feel that the ones we are hugging are the ones we love <3 plus the good news is that all the materials can be found in your drawer just buy an affordable filling for the pillow. In addition to this heart pillow, you can also make the Thoughtful Picture Frames and the Sweet Mason Jar DIY project, which we guarantee, are both easy and affordable.

Is the birthday celebrant a coffee lover? Then here’s the perfect birthday gift for that someone. 

This DIY project is a very fun thing to do since it is easy and very creative. It will allow you to be artistic and with this you can show how much you know the birthday celebrant by using their favorite colors and designs they liked. Personalized mugs will definitely be appreciated by your loved one because whenever he/she drink his/her coffee, that person will always remember you and the fact that you know him/her well.

This DIY gift is perfect for our busy, or always on-the-go loved ones. Although everything is going digital, there's no underrating the sensory appeal of a solid, dependable planner. 
Many people nowadays still use planners in their daily lives. Therefore, a special planner will make your family or friend feel well appreciated since you put effort in doing this for them.

        Lastly, in the Birthday DIY gifts, Birthday Greeting Pillow got the highest score of 15/15, then the second highest Personalized Mug, with the score of 13/15 and on the last spot is the Special Planner having 11/15.

        Each and every one of us have our own special day :) our birthday! And we all have that loved one where we give our full effort on giving them the best gift we could give for their special day. As for the DIY crafts that we made, we greatly recommend doing the Birthday Greeting Pillow. This craft got all 5 in the 3 criteria; CREATIVITY (5) – seeing how you can make different designs on it, EFFORT (5) – because the energy in doing this is just fine, and finally, the THOUGHT (5) – the view behind this is how you can someone on how well do you know them and how special they are to you. Even if giving a pillow as a birthday gift is too mainstream/basic, it’s still the thought that counts and it will be appreciated if your gift is made personally and from the heart. We also suggest trying on the other two DIY crafts, the Special Planner and Personalized Mug craft. You can use our other options as a gift for them, since those two are also wonderful birthday presents.
